IMPORTANT VENTRILO CHANNELS: RPG

The RPG channels in our OBC Ventrilo server are the public access area of our Ventrilo server.  You and your guests are bound by the following rules of our public Ventrilo rooms: 


1. The RPG channels and all sub-channels are for RPG use only and are meant as a means to quest or raid with public guildees or folks outside of the clan.

2. Public Ventrilo users that you invite into our Ventrilo server will automatically connect to our RPG lobby channel.  Public users will be considered "guests" while in Ventrilo.

3. In order to invite guests into the RPG channels, you as an OBC member must be in channel with your guest(s).  You are responsible for explaining that if you leave ventrilo, your guest(s) must also disconnect.  We do not allow any guests to stay connected while alone in any RPG channel.  This will be considered squatting and will result in a verbal warning or potential kick/ban of said guest.

4. Guild members that are not OBC clan members are considered guests while connected to our Ventrilo.  They are also bound to the guest rules.

5. OBC clan members may not connect to Ventrilo under a guest account.  You must use your Ventrilo account that was setup for you in bootcamp.  Contact your Platoon Leader if you are unable to connect to your OBC Ventrilo account so you may regain access.


*Our Guest Green Rooms are vigorously monitored by Command Staff and MP's for compliance.  Please adhere to the aforementioned rules.  Our public channels are a privilege and we want them used correctly.

I agree with Hawt. i should have joined OBC sooner when I had the chance. All this Hype for the CSS higher ups and I lacked in joining. /slaps own hand...

 Culls, can you clarify for me? When having non OBC Guests in ventrilo, are they only allowed in the lobby? Or, can I move them to a private room or a room outside of the lobby for say raids or general convo?
